You deserve more than
just enduring it.

Microaggressions are subtle, often invisible acts of bias, but their impact is anything but small. They accumulate. They exhaust you. They make you question yourself. And most workplace trainings completely ignore how to actually handle them in the moment.

This workshop is different. It was designed specifically for women who have been told to "just let it go," and are done with that advice.

"You shouldn't have to choose between your sanity and your career. This workshop gives you the tools to protect both."

Together, we'll name what's happening, process the impact, and build a toolkit for responding in a way that honors your dignity and your professional goals.

What you'll walk away with.

01

Recognize and name microaggressions

Build language for what you're experiencing, the subtle, the overt, and the ones that make you second-guess yourself.

02

Understand your options

Learn the full spectrum of responses from in-the-moment scripts to escalation paths, so you can choose what fits each situation.

03

Practice with DEAR MAN

Use this evidence-based communication framework to respond assertively, protect your relationships, and stay grounded.

04

Protect your energy

Explore wellness strategies to process the weight of navigating these experiences without carrying it home every night.

05

Build community

Connect with other women in the room who get it. You leave with more than tools, you leave with a network.

06

Create your personal plan

Leave with a personalized action plan tailored to your workplace context and the specific challenges you're facing.

This workshop is built for you if…

You're a Black woman or woman of color navigating a predominantly white or corporate workplace

You've experienced moments that left you questioning yourself, "was that real? Should I say something?"

You're tired of generic advice that tells you to "be professional" without acknowledging what you're actually up against

You want real scripts and tools for responding, not just theory about what microaggressions are

You're a manager, HR professional, or DEI lead who wants to create safer spaces for your team

You want to be in a room with women who truly understand, not just a diverse face in a standard training

Brionna, Workshop Facilitator

Led by Brionna

I created this workshop because I lived it; three layoffs, countless microaggressions, and years of searching for guidance that actually spoke to my experience as a Black woman in corporate spaces. With over a decade in workforce development and career coaching, I bring both the credentials and the lived knowledge to hold this space.

Every workshop is trauma-informed, community-centered, and built to give you tools that work in the real world.
